This product operates much like an indoor elevator, eliminating the need for a dedicated operator and significantly reducing labor costs. It features comprehensive safety protection systems.
The intelligent hoist utilizes an integrated frequency converter unit and supports three control modes: Manual, Automatic Leveling, and Passenger Elevator Mode. It is capable of self-diagnosing faults, automatically triggering alarms, and providing voice announcements and text displays on-site. Additionally, it supports SMS notifications, cloud platform backend monitoring, and emergency intercom communication within the cage, as well as in-cage personnel identification and monitoring.
The hoist can be configured with an energy feedback circuit system, offering theoretical energy savings of up to 40%. It features intelligent door opening and closing, interlocking cage and floor doors, and dual anti-pinch hand protection.
The main structure boasts high-strength steel components with excellent rigidity. The cage structure undergoes overall electrostatic spraying, while the ground cage, base frame, standard sections, and tie-in frames feature hot-dip galvanized surfaces, ensuring a rust-free lifecycle.
